SERVICES

All of our services utilize the cutting-edge Agras T40 drone by DJI.

SPRAY APPLICATION

Our drone boasts industry-leading capacity and spray coverage. That means we can cover your acreage more efficiently and more precisely than before. Whether it is fungicide applications in row crops, insecticides in forage like alfalfa or spot spraying weeds missed by other herbicide application methods to name a few, we have you covered. Small fields that traditional aircraft cannot reach or large fields that are too wet for traditional ground sprayers to cover are no longer tossed aside. If you need an aerial spray application but do not see it listed, please reach out and we’ll work together to find a solution that fits your operation.

GRANULAR FERTILIZER SPREADING

All farmers know that no two growing seasons are created equally. Weather seems to throw us a curveball despite our best crop input plan. Nitrogen loss due to saturated soils in areas of your field can and will lower your overall yield. Our drone has to ability to specifically target those areas, saving you fertilizer cost by putting the product exactly where it is needed all while not damaging your crop with implement tracks. Make Elevated part of your cropping plan and throw a curveball that Mother Nature won’t see coming.

COVER CROP INTERSEEDING

While cover cropping is not a new idea, it is a practice that is not widely utilized. Many factors contribute to this, such as unfamiliarity with the products, economic factors and how to place the seed into the main cash crop without damage.

The spreading system on the T-40 can carry up to 110 pounds of product per flight. This allows us to spread a higher rate than before, and we can do all of this without the product landing outside of the field. Whether you’re interested in adding cover crops for soil health benefits, saving on feed cost for livestock by grazing, want to support wildlife by giving winter forage and shelter, or all of the above, we help you overcome the traditional hurdles to establishing cover crops.

CROP SCOUTING & RECOMMENDATION

Elevated Crop Consulting and Drone Services was created with providing information as well as service to its customers in mind. Growers usually have to coordinate with several individuals to put recommendations and services together to reach the solution to their problems. This leads to you spending more of your valuable time navigating through communication channels and wondering if you’re talking to the right person about your need. We try to minimize the time you spend getting answers for your cropping needs. From stand counts, herbicide recommendations, plant disease and insect scouting, to soil sample interpretation, you can rest assured that we will always have the producer’s best interest in mind and make our recommendations based on what’s best for you, not our company.

FIELD MAPPING & IMAGING

Looking for real-time images of your property? Elevated has you covered. Now it is possible for you to see up-to-date images of your fields instead of relying on free satellite images that are several years old or paying for a subscription that is dependent on daily cloud conditions.

Identify the problem areas in your field as they appear, so you can make faster decisions and correct the problem sooner. Some examples could include:

  • Identify crop damage from wildlife or natural events

ABOUT ELEVATED

Daniel Ewers was raised on a farm in Central Missouri and attended the University of Missouri – Columbia, where he received a BS in Animal Sciences. He has spent the last 10 years working in the Ag Service industry as a custom applicator, seed and crop protection salesperson and agronomist. He achieved his Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) endorsement in the fall of 2016. He still operates a row-crop business in central Missouri with his dad.

Daniel currently resides in Otterville, MO with his wife Callie, and their three children Wyatt, Riley and Isaac. He strongly believes in always providing services and recommendations that benefit the customer more than the company providing them. He takes great pride in helping farmers find economical solutions that increase their bottom line.

WHY ELEVATED CROP SOLUTIONS?

After spending time working in the ag services industry it became apparent to Daniel that some farmers did not have access to the same services that others did. This was especially true when it came to aerial application. Their fields were either too small, too far from airports or just not “worth it” to the service providers. Daniel has watched these producers just accept that treatment and be forced to watch their crops suffer because of that thinking. As he was sitting in a combine harvesting his crop one day, the idea came to him: It is possible to provide this service to those who, like him, had been traditionally tossed aside. Daniel is building this company with the belief that the farmer with 40 acres is just as important as one with 400. It is time for every producer, large or small, to have access to the same services. Elevated Crop Consulting and Drone Services hopes to fill that role.
